PASEO MODERNA

PASEO MODERNA was a single family fix and flip development project of approximately 2900 SQ FT consisting of a single family modern residence with rooftop deck on a roughly 7400 sq ft lot in Glassell Park.

PASEO MODERNA is within close proximity to all of the best restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, and nightlife that Glassell Park, Echo Park, and Silver Lake have to offer.

This project completed development by RC Thornton of Thornton Development Group and was sold by Oliver and RC Thornton of Hollywood Estates and Thornton Development Group.
