RISING GLEN MCM was a single family fix and flip development project of approximately 4200 SQ FT consisting of a single family mid century modern residence with exceptional outdoor program on a roughly 1/3rd acre lot in the Hollywood Hills.

RISING GLEN MCM is within close proximity to all of the best restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, and nightlife that Hollywood and Beverly Hills have to offer.

This project was extensively renovated in 2009 by RC Thornton of Thornton Development Group and sold by RC Thornton for $3,900,000.
