THE APEX HH was a single family fix and flip development project of approximately 6400 SQ FT consisting of a single family residence with rooftop deck along with a detached rec room on a roughly 1/2 acre lot in the Hollywood Hills.

THE APEX HH is within close proximity to all of the best restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, and nightlife that Hollywood & Studio City have to offer.

This project completed development in 2023 by RC Thornton of Thornton Development Group and sold for $8,650,000 by Oliver Thornton of Hollywood Estates.
