THE MODERN ORANGE was a single family fix and flip development project of approximately 4400 SQ FT consisting of a single family modern residence with exceptional outdoor program on a roughly 7400 sq ft lot in the Beverly Center Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles.

This project completed development by RC Thornton of Thornton Development Group in 2014 and was sold by RC Thornton for $2,774,000.
