THE HORTENSE VI

THE HORTENSE VI is a ground up multi family development project of approximately 11,000 SQ FT consisting of three townhouse style duplexes with rooftop decks in the North Hollywood and Toluca Woods area.

THE HORTENSE VI is within close proximity to the Arts District of North Hollywood, entertainment studios, Studio City, Universal Studios, and Hollywood.

Estimated completion of the project is Winter 2024.
