THE APEX HH was a single family fix and flip development project of approximately 6400 SQ FT consisting of a single family residence with rooftop deck along with a detached rec room on a roughly 1/2 acre lot in the Hollywood Hills.

THE APEX HH is within close proximity to all of the best restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, and nightlife that Hollywood & Studio City have to offer.

This project was acquired in 2021 for $2,200,000, developed for roughly $3,000,000, and sold for $8,650,000 in 2023 by Oliver and RC Thornton of Thornton Development Group.
