THE TREEHOUSE HH was a single family fix and flip development project of approximately 6100 SQ FT consisting of a single family modern farmhouse residence with rooftop deck on a roughly 1/2 acre lot in the Hollywood Hills.

THE TREEHOUSE HH is within close proximity to all of the best restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, and nightlife that Hollywood & Studio City have to offer.

This project was acquired in 2019 for $1,700,000, developed for roughly $3,400,000, and sold for $7,000,000 in 2024 by Oliver and RC Thornton of Thornton Development Group.
